01 Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Vortex Protocol website. Because the Protocol itself operates as a non-custodial, wallet-based smart contract system, the amount of personal information we collect directly is intentionally limited.

02 Information We Collect

Wallet Address — the public wallet address you connect, and any on-chain activity associated with it (deposits, claims, referral activity).
Contact Form Data — name, email address, and message content submitted through the Contact page.
Usage Data — basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via standard analytics tools.

We never collect or request your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password.

03 How We Use Information

To respond to support requests submitted via the Contact page.
To display protocol-relevant information (such as tier status) associated with a connected wallet address.
To monitor and improve website performance and usability.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use.

On-chain data — including wallet addresses, deposits, and transactions — is inherently public by the nature of blockchain technology and is not "shared" by us in the traditional sense; it is visible to anyone via a block explorer.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited personal data we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Note that on-chain wallet activity cannot be deleted or altered, as it is recorded immutably on the blockchain.

09 Children's Privacy

Vortex Protocol is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
