Which wallets can I connect?
MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Binance Wallet, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, and OKX Wallet — any BEP-20 compatible wallet works with the protocol.
Does the protocol ever hold my private keys?
No. Connecting only requests a signature to verify ownership. Vortex Protocol is non-custodial — your keys never leave your wallet.
Can I connect more than one wallet?
Yes. Each wallet address is treated as an independent participant with its own tier, referral link, and earnings.
Deposit
What assets can I deposit?
Deposits are accepted in BUSD and USDT on BNB Smart Chain, matched against your selected Velocity Tier's capital range.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Yes — the Pulse Vault tier starts at $50, the lowest entry point into the protocol.
How fast does my deposit activate?
Activation is instant once your deposit transaction confirms on-chain — the accrual clock starts immediately after.
Can I add more capital to an existing position?
Yes, additional deposits can move your position into a higher Velocity Tier if the combined capital qualifies.

How many Velocity Tiers are there?
Six: Pulse Vault, Vector Pool, Apex Matrix, Quantum Vault, Titan Nodes, and Infinity Engine — each with its own capital range and daily rate.
Can tier rates change after I activate?
Your rate locks in at the value active when your deposit confirms. Future governance updates apply to new deposits, not existing positions.
Can I move up to a higher tier?
Yes — compounding your rewards or adding fresh capital can push your position into a higher Velocity Tier.
Earnings Calculation
How is my daily reward calculated?
Your daily reward equals your deposited capital multiplied by your Velocity Tier's daily percentage, calculated automatically every 24-hour cycle.
Are rewards compounded automatically?
Only if you opt in. By default, rewards accrue and sit claimable — auto-compound is a setting you can enable from your dashboard.
Are these ROI figures guaranteed?
No. Daily ROI figures are protocol-configured business parameters, not a guarantee of financial return. Participation carries risk.
Referral
How many referral levels are there?
Three — Level A (direct, 8%), Level B (3%), and Level C (1%) — each paying commission on the activating member's deposit.
When do referral commissions pay out?
Instantly, the moment a referred wallet's deposit confirms and activates a Velocity Tier.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No cap on direct referrals or downline depth within the three supported levels.
Withdrawal
Can I withdraw my earnings anytime?
Accrued daily rewards and referral commissions can be claimed to your wallet at any time from your dashboard.
Can I withdraw my original deposit?
Principal withdrawal terms vary by Velocity Tier — full conditions are outlined in the protocol documentation before you activate.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Withdrawals only incur standard BSC network gas fees — the protocol does not charge an additional withdrawal fee.

Who controls tier configuration and governance?
Tier parameters are governed rather than set unilaterally, with reserve movement requiring multi-signature approval from independent signers.

How is the reserve protected?

Can I verify the reserve balance myself?

Do I need to create an account?
No sign-up is required. Your connected wallet address functions as your account across the protocol.
What happens if I lose access to my wallet?
Since the protocol is non-custodial, access depends entirely on your wallet's own recovery method — keep your seed phrase secure and backed up.
Network / Gas Fees
Which network does the protocol run on?
Vortex Protocol runs entirely on BNB Smart Chain (BSC), as a BEP-20 based system.
Do I need BNB for gas?
Yes, a small amount of BNB is needed in your wallet to cover network gas fees for deposits, claims, and withdrawals.
Why was BSC chosen over other networks?
BSC offers low gas costs and fast block confirmation, which suits a protocol processing frequent daily accrual and referral transactions.
